In case you missed it… here it is. A beautiful example of blending architecture of today into neighborhoods of yesterday. Put together with a Built Green rating and standing prominently on the west ridge of the Phinney neighborhood. Many of you were waiting to see this home and were following it from the start. Happily, this home made a connection with a new owner right away. Sadly, it was so fast I did not have an opportunity to share it with many people.
